Il parco e le aree verdi si integrano con il progetto dell’insediamento “Fraxinus”, fondandosi sulle medesime logiche compositive, naturalità e fluidità. In questo progetto si è scelto di garantire un continuum fisico al percorso naturalistico: la ciclopedonale che arriva da Peschiera si collega con il parco, permettendo di scendere in modo fluido lungo l’area verde, attraversarla e connettersi al percorso pedonale. Lungo il sentiero che conduce alle sponde del laghetto del Frassino sono stati studiati due punti di vista privilegiati: un osservatorio, detto "Albero Inverso", che recupera una vecchia cabina elettrica e una struttura per il bird-watching a conclusione del tracciato.

The park and green areas are integrated with the design of the settlement "Fraxinus", relying on the same compositional logic, naturalness and fluidity. In this project we have chosen to ensure a continuum to the physical nature trail: the cycle track which comes from Peschiera connects with the park, permitting to go down smoothly along the green area, to cross it and to connect to the path. Along the trail, there're two privileged points of view: an observatory - called "Albero Inverso", a reuse of an old electrical substation - and a structure for bird-watching.
