Questo complesso ricettivo è il risultato di analisi condotte sul territorio. L'area attualmente è priva di una propria identità, la sua posizione presenta sia lati positivi che emergenze negative da mitigare.
Per questo motivo il progetto prevede delle residenza semipogee che, accolte dal terreno inclinato e modellato con terrazzamenti, si aprono verso il panorama lacustre offrendo scorci di serenità. Nel terrazzamento più basso del villaggio è posta una piscina da 3500 mq che, per affinità, dialoga con il grande specchio del lago di Garda divenendone suo preludio.

This complex is the result of analysis conducted on the territory. The area currently lacks its own identity, its location has both positives and some negative emergencies to mitigate. For this reason the project foresees half-hypogeum residences that are housed by the sloping terrain, that will be modeled with terraces. In this way every house has an open view of the lake. In the lower terrace of the village is placed a pool of 3500 square meters that offers a dialectic exchange with the great mirror of the lake, becoming its prelude.
