Il progetto nasce dalla volontà del committente di ritagliare un luogo privato immerso nella natura. Là dove la vita diurna della casa finisce inizia quella notturna, infatti queste due fasi quotidiane sono accolte in due blocchi differenti. Quello al piano terra si immerge nella natura costituendo un limite tra la strada pubblica e la vita privata, rappresentata dal grande giardino posto al di là di esso; il suo rivestimento bordeaux permette un inserimento armonioso nel parco, ricorrendo all'uso degli stessi cromatismi. Al piano superiore c'é la zona notte, dotata di una minore apertura verso il lato della strada; mentre, sul lato opposto, ampie vetrate permettono una visuale privilegiata verso la campagna.

The project grows out of owner's desire to cut out a private place surrounded by nature. Where the daytime life of the house ends the night life begins, in fact these two daily phases are greeted in two different blocks. The one on the ground floor is surrounded by nature and marks boundary between the public road and private life, represented by the great garden spot beyond it; his burgundy cladding allows a smooth integration in the park, thanks to chromatic simile. The upper floor houses the sleeping area, this volume maintains a smaller opening to the side of the road, as in the lower level; while, on the other side, wide windows allow a privileged view of countryside.
